ENABLE DHC – Efficient District Heating and Cooling Investment Planning

The project supports the transition of district heating and cooling networks towards efficient systems in line with the Energy Efficiency Directive through the development of 9 investment plan case studies across 7 countries. The project combines close cooperation with DHC utilities, digitalization, investment risk assessment, sector coupling, and the identification of flexible technological solutions based on renewable energy sources and waste heat. Activities also include feasibility studies, stakeholder working groups, national workshops, policy roadmaps, and the preparation of a Blueprint for action.
