The CERA platform offers a range of functionalities for calculating road transport emissions based on available traffic, vehicle, road, and population data. It integrates traffic counter data, registered vehicle data, road network data, fuel consumption data, and emission factors to support transport emissions assessment. The calculation is based on the COPERT methodology.
