At the national event “Slovenia’s Path to Climate Neutrality” (25 March 2026, Ljubljana), organised within Urban Future, municipalities, national decision-makers, and European experts will come together to discuss concrete ways of translating climate neutrality into practice.

📌 The event will include:

  • Direct dialogue with national decision-makers

  • Exchange of experiences between cities – how to take practical steps towards climate neutrality and what works in practice

  • Interactive workshops on municipal institutional readiness and financing models

  • Joint development of next steps between national authorities and municipalities

🤝 The event brings together municipalities, national decision-makers, and European experts with a clear objective: to accelerate the transition of Slovenian cities towards climate neutrality.

🙏 Thank you to all municipalities for the strong interest — all available places have already been filled.

A special thank you also to the Association of Municipalities and Towns of Slovenia (ZMOS) and the Community of Municipalities of Slovenia for their support and cooperation.

🌱 The event is organised within the NetZeroCities initiative, where Envirodual provides expert support and connects key stakeholders in Slovenia.

📍 You are also invited to visit the NetZeroCities Expo Lounge, hosted together with the City of Ljubljana, City Municipality of Kranj, and City Municipality of Velenje.

The space is intended for all Slovenian municipalities and provides opportunities for meetings, exchange of experiences, and discussions with municipal representatives and NetZeroCities representatives.
