🌱 Adapting to Climate Change

In July 2025, Slovenia adopted the Climate Act (PoZ), addressing both climate change mitigation and adaptation. Under Article 15, the Act requires regions to prepare regional climate change adaptation action plans.

Envirodual d.o.o. and Stritih Sustainable Development Consulting are currently preparing a Climate Change Adaptation Action Plan for the Gorenjska Region, which is the first region in Slovenia to undertake this task within the framework of the Pathways2Resilience project.

💡 Last week, a meeting of project partners took place in Málaga, bringing together representatives from 39 European regions participating in the project.

Our colleague Nataša attended the event, where she exchanged experiences with participants and gained new knowledge on the financial planning of climate resilience.
