ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for an experienced professional to independently lead and perform work in the field of investment project valuation and analysis. The role involves preparing expert economic and financial assessments that serve as the basis for clients' investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Economic and financial evaluation of investment projects.
Preparation of Cost-Benefit Analyses (CBA), financial and economic analyses, and financial projections.
Assessment of economic feasibility and development of alternative implementation scenarios.
Preparation of feasibility studies, investment documentation (DIIP, IP, PIZ), and investment reports.
Participation in the preparation of tender documentation.
Involvement in projects within the public sector, energy, environmental, and infrastructure sectors.
Providing expert support to clients throughout project development and implementation.
WHAT WE EXPECT
Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment or development projects.
Proven experience in investment appraisal/valuation and the key responsibilities listed above.
Experience working with the public sector and preparing professional project documentation.
Strong independence, analytical skills, and a structured approach to work.
Candidates with the following will have an advantage:
Knowledge of the energy, environmental, or infrastructure sectors.
Familiarity with public procurement procedures.
Experience with concessions, Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), and development financing models.
Experience with EU-funded or Cohesion Fund projects.
